Cyber bulling is quite common,can occur to any young person online,and can cause profound psycho social outcomes including depression,anxiety,severe isolation and tragically suicide.Cyber bullying impacts in a negative way because it is harming young teenager's minds using social media can also decrease privacy for an individual.people often give out their personal information not knowing who can see it.To average internet users a false sense of security may leave social networking site users vulnerable to security attacks such as hacking,leaking sensitive information and sending viruses .Social networking entices people to spend more time online and less time talking to a person face to face.Social media and social networking seem to play an imperative part of people's live around the world.Accessibility that one has to the internet through smart phones,tablets,computers and other mobile device has made accessing information and connecting with people

Because it has had such a modern explosion in popularity and usage, social media has become the new norm when it comes to communicating everything from huge life events like engagements and the birth of children to minute particulars like what one ate for dinner. Social media has had one of the most substantial impacts on how people communicate within the past decade. The internet has a greater impact on people today than ever before. It has been a continual source of news, entertainment, and education for users around the world for more than 20 years. However, the most innovative of its technologies, social media, did not achieve mainstream popularity until about ten years ago. Facebook, Twitter, similar services are becoming the most visited destinations on the internet. These websites allow users to quickly and easily share pictures, links, ideas, and messages with other users,theoretically facilitating social interaction. These services, through a combination of accessibility, simplicity, and intuitive design promote positive social behavior by encouraging interaction among friends, relatives, and co-workers; facilitating communication between individuals, and fostering a profound sense of community. The effects of social networking are twofold. Young people also run the risk of inadvertently disclosing their personal information since on most occasions, they usually neglect to read carefully websites’ privacy policies. Whenever young people fail to read the policies and disclaimers, they are exposed to risks of having their personal information disclosed. This is especially a serious matter in light to the rising cases of cyber crimes such as identity theft. New studies reveal that social networks have the ability to sway people to spend money by running advertisements on the user’s page. Such forms of near-subliminal advertising can subconsciously cause an individual to buy certain merchandise.
It is becoming increasingly clear that social networks have become part of people’s lives. Many young people are using their tablet computers and smart phones to check Tweets and status updates from their friends and family. As technology advances, people are pressured to adopt different lifestyles. Social networking sites can assist young people to become more socially capable. However, they may also make them clumsy and incompetent, as well. Therefore, it is imperative to exercise caution and restraint when dealing with such issues.
