DOES KID'S LOSING INTEREST IN TELEVISION SHOW'S NOWADAYS..? WHY ?

Do Kid's Show Exists Anymore ..?

What has happened to kids TV shows nowadays? Kids nowadays have lost its interest in TV shows, If you were born in the late ‘80s or early ‘90’s, then you had the honor of being a child when television didn’t suck We grew up with some of the greatest kid shows that television has ever had to offer. I remember growing up watching shows that taught me morals and family values. Right from wrong. Good from bad shows like Alif Laila,Captain Vyom, Junior G ,Kidz Island, Malgudi Days, Sinbad the Sailor, The Sword of Tipu Sultan Vikram Aur Betaal popular shows like Son Pari [Golden Fairy] was a children's fantasy-adventure  TV series, originally broadcast on India's Star Plus  channel between 23 November 2000 and 1 October 2004. Due to its popularity, the show was re-telecast on TV Asia, Star Utsav and DD National Channel another popular show like “Shaka Laka Boom Boom” an Indian television series that first aired on DD National channel and after that show was taken up by Star Plus in 2001. The show was very popular among the children. The series also re-aired on Star Utsav, Disney Channel India, and Hungama TV  many times. Other TV shows like that exits were Galli Galli Sim Sim, Hatim, Shaktimaan The Magic Make-Up Box, The Magic Starts Now, Karishma Kaa Karishma(remake of the popular 1980s American science-fiction sitcom small wonder )all these shows were entertaining for children’s but yet could not last forever.

As the new generation step-up into the shows TRP goes down as it did not work well and the shows are shut down and no good shows were produced thereafter as now they are plenty of cartoon channels to entertain the kids but no good TV shows in today’s generation. As earlier, there were no options but now they are plenty of options to choose for themselves they are so addicted  with technology and gadgets that they forget to watch TV nowadays and switch to apps, games, social media etc thus lead to the depletion of kids TV shows and they have loss interest in looking up for Television shows now as everything is available for them  on mobile phones and gone are those days where family use to sit and watch TV together .

Due to advance technology and increase in number of social media the demand for the TV shows has reduced and thereafter there is decrease or can say an end to the number of TV shows for kids. As the kids are more dependable today than the earlier generation the today’s generation kids are more reliable on Smartphone and tablets their creativity and thinking power is reduced they forget to explore themselves ,but now the technology is making them more lazy 
So Kids TV Show does not exist anymore.

WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP

As the talk show is all about Women in Leadership as they need to charge up for themselves as women can do whatever they want to do and with all the capabilities of handling both things one hand family and other their Job thus the talk show was how Chanda Kochhar startup her career and become a successful banker. Chanda Kochhar is the managing Director and chief Executive officer of ICICI (Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation of India ) Bank.She is widely recognized for her role in shaping retail banking in India,coming from a small city like Jaipur at the age of 13 Chanda Kochhar moved to Mumbai ,she never thought of joining the banking sector ,but yes when she entered this sector she did faced a lot of problems and challenges as she got her first job ,she just accepted it and grow in that field and now here she is to the top level today and also speaks about the today’s generation has that capability  to chose whatever and whichever field they want to as there are many options available whereas way long back it was not possible for them to do so and she does admire today’s generation and it’s important that your work speaks for you and your confidence, contributions to work as there are really less women in the sector of banking but now it has change as its neutral now.


Women in Leadership don’t give up on something unless an unlit they try it and put  all their effort’s as nothing is impossible for them as they are ambitious and they do have some mind set and can manage the situations all together, it’s difficult to sustain their leadership position they acquired , where at a point Chanda Kochhar talks about  women been independent ,but yes there are some women in some places ,some areas, some companies, smaller cities ,some segments were they are not able to participate, where as in some place women  could not able to stand-up for themselves  due to some reasons and difficulties ,whereas the percentage of independent  women becoming successful the way they want has increased and reaching a top level.

As this talk show was an inspiring lesson for all the other women to stand up for themselves and take a chance to reach through the success and besuccessful  in their path they chose to be .Chanda Kochhar has also given an wonderful advice to all the women that you be in any situations just give your best and your hundred percent to it face the circumstances coming through out your way and don’t give up on something till you tried your best, than each one would be the next Chanda Kochhar. The questions asked were quite simple and interesting ,for other which will spread a inspiring message to all women .that the one who falls  and get up is so much stronger than the one who never fell and to live a positive life with a positive mind.
